The series revolves around Romi, a reasonably ordinary Female at the outset look, who is in fact the princess of a magic kingdom, the Emotion Kingdom. She came to Earth to capture many of the Teeniepings: lovable but quite mischievous creatures that each one have a unique power hooked up to an emotion or an idea they depict.
.. too much - the Tale does a fantastic task at providing a really feel of things going together at an affordable tempo even when the episodes are small.
